At VodouStore, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and satisfying. We understand that online shopping can sometimes bring uncertainty — especially with sizing or preferences. That’s why we’ve created a simple and fair return policy to ensure your confidence with every purchase.

📅 Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report any issue and initiate a return or refund request — for any reason (e.g., item doesn’t fit, you changed your mind, received the wrong item, etc.).
📩 How to Return
Contact our customer service at info@vodoustore.com within 14 days of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the product received.
Wait for return instructions — please do not send the item to the address on the package or website, as that is not our return location.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
🎯 Eligible Products
All items are eligible for return, regardless of reason.
Returns are accepted for any reason, including size, color, or personal preference.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.
🧵 Made-to-Order Products
Even though our products are made-to-order, we still accept returns within the 14-day window.
Please double-check your order details before checkout to avoid any inconvenience.
🛠️ Sizing & Fit Issues
Our garments are designed with extra seam allowance for easy alterations.
If your item differs by more than 1 inch from the ordered measurements, we may offer a partial refund to cover local tailoring costs (with proof of receipt from your tailor).
🎨 Color Variations
Slight color variations due to monitor or screen settings are normal.
However, if the color significantly differs from what you ordered, you are eligible for a return or refund.
❌ Final Sale Items
Some items may be marked as Final Sale — these are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defects.
Final Sale status will always be clearly indicated on the product page.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different size or item, simply return the original and place a new order.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll promptly offer a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.
❌ Order Cancellations
Within 0–24 hours of order confirmation: 90% refund
Within 24–72 hours: 80% refund
After 72 hours and before shipping: 50% refund
After shipping: Orders cannot be canceled
