WE TRY TO PROCESS ORDERS IN A TIMELY FASHION (Approximately 7-10 business days depending on the items ordered). DUE TO OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS OR SEASONAL INCREASES IN ORDERS, SHIPMENTS CAN GET BACKLOGGED. WE WILL DO ALL WE CAN TO GET YOUR ITEMS TO YOU ON TIME IF YOU NOTIFY US BY EMAIL TO LET US KNOW WHEN YOU NEED THEM, BUT WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISSED DEADLINES IF WE ARE NOT NOTIFIED AHEAD OF TIME IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED.
Due to the increase volume of orders, we will no longer be providing a tracking number automatically with the exception of orders over $100. All orders shipped via Priority Mail and Priority Express Mail are insured. All others are insured by request only.
Due to the large amount of requests for discreet packaging, all of our packages are now sent in a discreet manner, we do not put our name on the label.
Because shipping costs vary so widely due to the weight of the package and the country we are shipping to, a Shipping Estimator can be found at the bottom of your shopping cart. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES SEIZED OR RETURNED BY CUSTOMS. Please check with your local customs office for items prohibited in your country.
Once your order is placed we begin to use resources to craft our products. Due to this process, returns and/or refunds are not available. Deposits on any services or items are non-refundable.
