Rose of Jericho

  • Rose of Jericho

According to some traditions, the Resurrection Flower bloomed at the birth of Christ, withered at the crucifixion, and resurrected on Easter. Because of this, you should place this holy plant in spring water so the roots are beneath water level on a Friday at dawn, and collect the water on Sunday. Use the water to bless, uplift, and purify your home by adding it to floor washes or add it to a bath to absolve all negativity from your mind, body, and spirit. It is especially good for blessing newborns and children by placing by the bedside so it blossoms as the child opens its eyes.

Also known as the the Resurrection Flower or Jericho Flower.
